Abdominoplasty achieves dramatic improvement in waistline, skin tightening, and abdominal protuberance. The protuberance of the abdomen is usually secondary to child birth and displacement of the abdominal muscles. The abdominoplasty or “tummy tuck” tightens both skin and muscle.
