This is a 52-year-old
white female who had subtle brow elevation and smoothing
of the forehead, eliminating the "tired look". An upper
lid blepharoplasty creates a clean appearance to the
upper eyelid, which this patient desired.
Some patients do not desire as clean an eyelid as this,
which is discussed at the office visit. The lower lid
was smoothed with laser. Please note that the eyebrows
are slightly more arched than some patients would like;
however, if you will notice on the pre operative views
this patient had high arched brows as a result of
plucking. This is exactly the look this patient desires.
